It is an additive-free confection that values the natural taste of its ingredients. The main ingredient, adzuki beans, are sourced from Hokkaido, and the monaka wafer shell is made using Hiyoku glutinous rice from Saga Prefecture. 
Our white bean paste is made from a rare white adzuki bean, rich in nutrients, and said to have various health benefits.
